Understanding Enlightenment

Without the insight and teaching of Bob Thurman , I am not sure where I would be. His brilliant intellect, humor and insight can open the doors to the buddha's teachings in a way that really no other wester teacher can.

I like posting these videos, .. this one is a wonderful explanation of what being a buddha is really like and how we can relate it to our current existence.
